Dr. Monique Randall

Veterinarian

Dr. Randall is originally from California. She received her Bachelor's degree in human biology and Minor in psychology at the University of California, Merced in 2016. She went on to pursue her dream of becoming a veterinarian and graduated with her Doctorate from Midwestern University, College of Veterinary Medicine in 2021. During her time in veterinary school, she was an active member of feline and surgery club, and participated in many mobile spay/neuter clinics on the weekends.

Her interests include small animal general practice and surgery, with a peaked interest in exotics medicine. She has a special place in her heart for hedgehogs and all doodles! She is most excited to build relationships with her clients while providing excellent care to her patients. In her free time, she loves to travel, and spend time with friends/family. While in veterinary school, she traveled to Australia and Belize to volunteer at zoos. She has five animals at home, three dogs and two cats, and is hoping to add a hedgehog to the crew. She is currently engaged and will be getting married in Arizona this October.

Jessica

Office Manager

Jessica has been with the clinic since March of 2015 as one of our receptionists. She was born and raised here in Spokane. After going to school in Billings, Montana, she came back with her Bachelor of Science in Equestrian Management and Business Management, and her husband Zach. Together they have multiple cats, dogs, and horses. They enjoy the outdoors and spending time together with their animals.

Jonalyn was born in California and moved to the Post Falls area as a child. Choosing the veterinary field opened a new career path and options for her. She really enjoys animals and working with pet owners. In her spare time, she enjoys exploring the great outdoors, hiking, going to concerts, and eating M&M’s. She is a proud dog mom to Odin and her favorite type of dog is a Pitbull.

Laura

Receptionist

Laura was born and raised in Portland New York. After marrying her husband, the Air Force moved them across the country. Besides her human adult children, Ridge their dog keeps her on her toes. In her spare time, Laura loves to travel, spend time on the boat, go fishing, and generally be outdoors.

Lauren

Veterinary Assistant

Lauren is a wife and a mother of two boys. She has a small ranch and enjoys all things outdoors. She is also currently enrolled in the Penn Foster Veterinary Technician Program.

Marnie

Veterinary Assistant

Marnie came to us from Charlo, MT. She moved to the Spokane area to be closer to her grandkids. After moving here, she decided a career change to pursue her passion in animal care was just what she needed! Besides the grandkids, her two dogs, cat, and horse keep her on her toes. In her free time, Marnie like to be outside hiking, rafting, kayaking, and going for trail rides.

Dr. Jocelyn Woodd

Veterinarian

After graduation from veterinary school, Dr. Woodd began practice in 24-hour critical care and emergency care facility in Seattle, WA. At this practice, she interned with multiple specialists including neurologists, internal medicine specialists, surgeons, critical care specialists, and oncologists. She received extensive experience in treating critical patients as well as involved medical and surgical cases.

Dr. Woodd’s training also includes completing an equine internship at Pilchuck Veterinary Hospital in Snohomish, WA. She now enjoys working on horses as well as involved in small animal cases at Mt. Spokane Veterinary Hospital. Dr. Woodd was elected President of the Washington State Veterinary Medical Association in 2014, where she addressed issues affecting the profession in WA state. She currently lives with her husband, three daughters, and multiple pets in Colbert, WA.

Tamara

Licensed Veterinary Technician, Practice Manager

Tamara joined us from California with 10+ years of technician experience. She loves working on her home and spending time with her husband and fur babies. In her free time, Tamara enjoys sewing, painting, and making sculptures.

Hailey

Veterinary Assistant

Hailey joined us after completing her schooling at the Yakima Valley College Technician Program. She is planning on obtaining her license this fall. She has always wanted to work with animals growing up, originally as a K9 police officer. However, the draw of veterinary medicine swayed her to our side. Besides spending her free time fishing, hiking, and watching great movies (like Harry Potter), Maggie her dog keeps her busy.

Donovyn

Veterinary Assistant

Donovyn came to us from California. He and his wife decided to move closer to family in the Spokane area. Besides spending time with his dog Fiona, cat Darcy, and three rats. He likes to go hunting, fishing does powerlifting, and crafting. He has chosen the veterinary field to help animals and pet owners. One day he and his wife hope to have a ranch.

Jordyn T

Assistant

Jordyn was born and raised in the Spokane area. After working in the grooming field, she decided to join the veterinary field to continue helping animals in a new way. In her spare time, she enjoys the outdoors, hunting, and remodeling her home. Her dogs and significant other occupy the rest of her time. One day she wants to have cows and an attack donkey.

Dr. Kevin Brown

Veterinarian

After graduating from Whitworth University with a Bachelor’s of Science in Biology in 2016, Dr. Kevin Brown started his veterinary career as an assistant here at Mt. Spokane Veterinary Hospital. A year later he was accepted into the Washington State University Veterinary Program and received his DVM in 2021. During his time in veterinary school, Dr. Brown was able to travel to Haiti and provide veterinary care to the local communities. After four years of living in Pullman, Dr. Brown is excited to return to and serve his local community. Dr. Brown has a special interest in agriculture and equine medicine, but loves seeing all animals, big and small. In his free time, Dr. Brown is an avid outdoorsman: hunting, fishing, hiking, and camping all throughout Washington, Idaho, and Montana. When he‘s not out in the woods, you can find him at home spending time with his wife, Sarah, and his new baby, Jamie.

Jaimee

Licensed Veterinary Technician

Jaimee is a valuable member of our team as a Licensed Veterinary Technician. She studied at the Yakima Valley Veterinary Technology Program and has been licensed since 2004. Together Jaimee and her husband Marshall run their mini-farm which includes horses, chickens, cats, and a dog. They have two kids and enjoy spending their time outdoors

Zach

Assistant

Zach joined our clinic after graduating from Carrington College with a Veterinary Assistant degree. He has a passion for animals that has lead him to own 6 dogs. Zach served in our armed forces and has been to 5 out of the 7 continents so far. He enjoys helping wildlife and spending time with his family.

Sydnee

Assistant

Sydnee is an EWU graduate with a BS in Biology where she studied disease vectors. She is currently enrolled in Penn Foster’s Vet Tech program to become a licensed veterinary technician. She loves all animals big and small. Sydnee has two lab/hound mix dogs that she loves to swim and hike with.

Carolyn

Veterinary Assistant

Carolyn was born and raised in the Pacific Northwest. Since she was little, Carolyn knew she would help animals in some manner. The opportunity to work in the veterinary field came to her during the COVID pandemic, and has kept her on her toes. In her free time, Carolyn likes to go hiking, biking, spending time outside, reading, and writing. Her cats, sheep, cows, and llama keep her busy as well.
